The list of countries which can be selected when setting up shipping zones doesn't include Serbia (it still has Yugoslavia). It isn't possible to merely delete and type in new names so how can this be effected?

How do I add a New country to my list
I have tried adding a new country by ticking the country and pressing + on my desktop, but the website doesn't update.
