No Images During Offline Page Review

Hi there,

I am using Actinic v6.1.5. I downloaded Software Patches and Updates from http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/downloads.htm for Actinic v6.1.5 a few weeks ago and ever since then my Actinic software seems to be doing a "double take" elsewhere for the images.

Query:
Images are not appearing during an Offline Page Review. Upon "right clicking" then "properties" in the box where the image should be, I get the following: file:///C:/C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/FEN/My%20Documents/My%20Pictures/MotoRAZR2_V8_01.jpg

instead of: http://www.abadtrading.co.uk/acatalo...AZR2_V8_01.jpg

The images are however uploading properly on my website ~ www.abadtrading.co.uk

Where have I gone wrong ? Any advice on fixing this irritation will be greatly appreciated . Thanks and regards.

When doing a preview actinic uses the images held locally rather those held on the server. Hence the C:\ bit in the image reference.

For some reason Actinic is using an extra C:\ (hence the "C:\C:\") which looks to me like it could be a corruption in the database.

This doesn't sound like the kind of thing you can easily fix yourself so I would contact Actinic support and get them to check your database.
