Export Shipping

Hey, at the moment due to our products being either quite large and light or quite large and heavy we have to quote the foreign customers a shipping price, what solution is there to make actinic work out a shipping price for export? is there a feature in v8 that will make this happen? we use Royal Mail and TNT and they both need dimensions of the box and weight...

any input will be great!

v8 and v9 both handle shipping by volume.
