I'm trying to find an easier way to modify the shipping tables. I can export them to a CSV file and edit that file (I can follow the structure), but how do I re-import it? The flat-file import facility seems to be about product import.
It can only be done with Heirarchical imports. Export your site and you will see the shipping tables stuff at the bottom - the headers for it are at the bottom part of the top (if that makes sense).
