HDD died, new install and updates?

Hi,
My HDD died on Sunday, I need to do a complete reinstall. I have the snapshot backup, is this the complete backup including any custom changes to some of the html pages?

When I install a fresh copy can I install the latest patch 7.0.7 or do I need to install each individually upto the latest?

The snapshot should contain all the html changes.

You can install 707, you don't need to add the patches in order.
