Final "Done" button not performing !

    Final "Done" button not performing !

    After purchase our customers click the "Done" button on the receipt page, but the browser cannot find the page and reports an error, "Invalid Syntax Error".

    Can anyone shed any light on how to fix this ??

    I can't shed any light on it but I can make some suggestions.

    1) In the Advanced User Guide there is a tip on changing the destination of the receipt done button. You can try that.

    2) In 'Design Options | Miscellaneous' tick 'No frames in Checkout' and then enter a new URL in the 'URL for Completed and Aborted Checkout' field.

      Hi Chris

      We tried both without success...............now having put everything back as it was, we dont even get a "done" button at all !!

      Any other ideas ?

        You could always just hard-code a hyperlink into your Act_Order04.html template.
