Restoring V7.0.7 from HDD not snapshot?

Hi,
My main pc hdd failed, luckily I had Actinic on another HDD. If I want to restore the original store on a new install how do I do this without the snapshot? I have the original directory with all the files but only 2 week old snapshots.

Any help and advice please?

Importing Snapshots are the best method as this ensures all files and paths etc are reinstated correctly, however make sure you have created a new site on the new install with the same name (i.e. most probably site1), then Copy the entire site1 folder over the top of the site1 folder in the new install.

This is particularly important as you have the developer version and probably lots of sites... Actinic has a penchant for correctly named sites.
