Seperate Delivery address from Invoice

Hi,

Usually I set this option for account holders but recently a customer said she would like to have her order shipped to another address and for her to receive the invoice. Is this easily possible for 'Retail' schedule as I've never set it up b4. Should the 'Enter any special delivery instructions' be used for this? I can't believe that in all the years I've used Actinic, I've never been asked this before!!

Hi Brian,

You need to:

- go to 'Design | Text'
- click on the 'Go To' button in the bottom left corner
- enter 'Phase' of '0' and 'ID' of '16' and click 'OK'
- this will take you to the prompt:

If you want to ship the purchase to an address other than the invoice address, check this box:

- tick the box under the 'show' column

This will have the effect of putting the above prompt and a tick box on the first page of the checkout (Shipping Destination), or on the 'Invoice Address' page if you bypass the first checkout page. If a customer ticks this box then after clicking 'Next' on the Invoice Address Page the 'Delivery Address' fields will then appear on the next page (along with the 'Payment Details').
