    Shopping Cart Not Updating



    I've just started using Actinic 6 and having the following problem.

    I select a product and 'add to cart' however when I try and checkout the Shopping cart is 'empty'

    The description of the shopping cart contents is"Your shopping cart is empty."

    The box "Items : / Value:" has both values set to 0

    Any help gratefully received.

    Hi Bass,

    I have just tried it here and it is fine, I waited a while before going to the cart, just in case cookies where expiring but it was still there.

      Hi

      I have added a bottle of wine to the basket and proceed through to Paypal without any problems.

      Is it a specific product that is causing you this problem or all your products.
