We currently have free ground shipping setup for any order over $100. The only problem is that once a customer is over $100 dollars, the shipping field is no longer displayed during checkout. So, if someone wants to select Next Day or 2nd Day shipping the option is not available. How can I offer the free Ground Shipping over $100 dollars, but still have the option for them to select and pay for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping?

Hi Joel,
According to the screen shot you posted, there is nothing in the grid (on the right) to say what the costs are for the customer if the order is less than $100. You need to fill that in and the same for your other classes. If they are all empty then the software assumes no shipping charge at all so it doesn't display any options for shipping.********************
