    Inbuilt Encryption (Java Applet)

    Hi,

Trying to set up the inbuilt encryption (java applet) for processing credit cards however I can't seem to edit the colour in the applet meaning you are only able to see info in the drop downs when it is highlighted.

I have edited the colour under design > colour > applet background & applet text but it has not changed on the site.

If anyone can offer any help it would be much appreciated thanks!

Using that method is 5 years out of date, even actinic tell you not to use it nowadays. Do yourself a favour and get yourself a proper PSP, you will be losing lots of sales with your current method and it certainly will not meet the new PCI guidelines.

You shouldn't really be using this as a method to secure payment as it is not PCI compliant - you should be looking at an online provider or PSP - loads of info on this in the forum if you search

Thanks for the speedy reply guys!

We are planning on getting an online provider but my boss was wanting something until then but I'll tell him it's a no go.

        Ta again!

use paypal as a stop gap. With a business account you can take credit cards

nochex or paypal are the best methods for quick set up, then sort something out
