V7 Shopping basket buttons

The shopping basket displays three buttons... "confirm", "Checkout now" and "cancel".. Can someone advice on where/how we can change the text on these buttons (i.e. change the "confirm" button to "confirm choice and continue shopping"?) I find the text here slightly misleading and some of our customers have commented that they would prefer clarity.

These buttons are images stored in the Site1 folder - they have corresponding file-names.

Simply, create your own new buttons - and upload.

(The actual button text is in Design | Text - you could just change the wording there.)
