Exporting then importing orders!

Hi Everyone

We have just got a new computer to run actinic on so we need everything taking off one computer and putting on the other, only problem is getting the orders to move over! I have done a snapshot and everything was ok but then when I import it the catalog moves but not the orders!

Cant actinic copy the orders??

Hi,

When you imported the snapshot did you tick the 'Overwrite All orders in target installation?' option during the wizard?
