    Protx file rewrites itself

    Hi,

I have run through the protx setup over and over but its doesn’t work.

I config the protx payment in business setting. Store ID/Actinic secret key password/production mode.

I copy the updated files to the occ folder.
Open OCCProtxScriptTemplate.pl in notepad, give it the encryption password and email. (save/close)

Update the version number by 1.

    Restart actinic.

This is when it all goes pear shaped.

Actinic runs through its database update messages then while starting tells me the HSBC payments I already have on site are now in test mode. Actinic just changes it itself.

When I try a payment using the protx option; when it comes to being forwarded to protx I get this message:

"This transaction attempt has failed. We are unable to redirect you back to the web store from which you were purchasing. The details of the failure are given below.

    Status: INVALID

Status Detail: 5030 : Unable to decrypt the request message. This might be caused by an incorrect password or invalid encoding."

So I go look at the OCCProtxScriptTemplate.pl to find it is back to its default of testvender!

    Cheeers for any help.

Switch the processes round a bit.

    1) close Actinic
    2) Increment the .ini file by 1
    3) save file and exit.
    4) OPEN Actinic (it'll run through the psp upgrader thing, as before)
    5) Open and put your details into the OCCProtxScriptTemplate.pl
    6) Save and exit
    7) Upload Actinic

    That should work for you
