Actinic MU - slow response downloading orders

Hello,

We are running Actinic Business Multi User version 7.5.1.
It is installed on a main server PC and then accessed/installed on another 3 PC client machines.

We have lately been finding extreme slow response when downloading orders, it can sometimes take up to 15 minutes to download 15 - 18 orders. The slow response doesnt seem to be limited to particular PC's. The PC's are connected on a CAT5e network connected to a 2mb SDSL line for internet access.

Any ideas what could be causing this problem? or is there anything I could look for or check?

Have you tried downloading from a pc connected directly to the internet rather than over the network?
