Actinic not forwarding to Protx

Hi,
I'm new to the Forum, but have had a v7 for a while now. I am integrating Protx into Actinic v7. In Test mode, it's fine. However, in Live mode, it's not forwarding to Protx at the final stage. The page states:
You will now be automatically transferred to the Protx VSP secure server to process your credit card details with complete confidence.
But nothing happens!! I can see some post on this matter, but can't see a solution for me to follow.

Any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum - the error you are experiencing is quite common - search the forum for "bounce to Protx" you will find lots of solutions already documented

Also note that Protx has not been working too well this weekend and certainly the sites I have with Protx have had problems recently so that will affect you as well.
