Refresh Website - doesn't run

Hello

We have just changed from hosting of our v7 site to a dedicated server. We have successfully configured the settings and started to refresh the website, but got a time out.

Have been trying to start the Refresh process, get asked if that's what I really want to do, click on "yes", and nothing happens.

I've tried shutting down Actinic, even tried rebooting the PC, but cannot get the Refresh to run. Tried instead just to upload, and get nothing to happen either. Going to Advanced | Network settings | test produces a succesful result, so I know I'm connecting OK.

(Once we have v7 installed on the server, we're planning a double upgrade via v8 to v9)

Compact the database and then do the purge and refresh option in troubleshooting if still the same. Incrementing the script number by 1 can sometimes work too.

Thank you for the prompt answers. The "compact database" option didn't get me there, but incrementing the script number did.
