Using Actinic Link for Multiple delivery addresses

Hi there,

I have a customer who wants me to send goods to each of their branches (approx 60 branches). Unfortunately i can't import all the delivery addresses into Sage Line 50 - a limitation of the Sage Import functionality. I need a separate invoice for each address. Invoice address will be the same on each invoince, just the delivery address will be different.

So I was thinking, is it possible for me to create a spreadsheet or a set of spreadsheets (or CSV files) that i can feed into Actinic Link to set up all the invoices for me? Has anyone any experience of this?

I've set up an actinic account for the customer and created a couple of dummy orders with different Delivery addresses. I see in the buyers.csv file created after the export from Actinic for Actinic Link that there are fields called "Buyer Delivery Address Rule", "Delivery Address Purge" and "Delivery Address Change". Does anyone know what these fields do?

I don't think this is possible. Link only converts the orders from the ActinicCatalog.mdb file into a format that Sage can import. I can only suggest that you set up the 60 addresses in the customer account and would then have to create 60 orders within the software using a different delivery address for each and then transfer those orders to Sage.

They are used internally by the ecommerce software and not by Link

"Delivery Address Purge"
Whether the item is marked for purging

"Delivery Address Change".
Indicates that the record has changed

"Buyer Delivery Address Rule"
Restrictions on delivery address
0 = Only address specified
1 = Address is default in list
3 = Buyer can select from list or enter new one
