more prob while Transfer from sage to actinic

hello everybody
now i am getting much bigger problem while transfering the data from sage line 50 to actinic. when I transfer only products form sage to actinic it gives me error like "Invalid index specified for item retrival" and i have to close this by going into task manager. when i transfer customers from sage to actinic logfile give me following error.
1. Field data too long. The field Schedule Name expected a string with less than 255 characters.
Previously it was working fine...i got these 2 errors from yesterday only. when i open export file to see it gives yyyyyyyyyy 1000 times...but in sage it is not like that....so some mistake has been done by me or software...
kindly please anyone knows the solutions??????.

Our development team have looked at this problem and suggest running the Sage maintenance tools compress / rebuild. See File
Maintenance in Sage Line 50 to solve this problem.
