Actinic Link

Hi Everyone,

I have setup Sage and Actinic and have actinic Link do the run around between the two applications, but here is a problem I can't seem to solve :

i have been able from day one to update from Sage to actinic with new products and descritpions etc

Yesterday all of the sudden any batch of new products that are created in sage do not transfer to actinic at all, even though they are correctly set up in SAGE and are marked as publish to web, they seem to be ignored by the transfer process does any one have any Ideas?

I have even upgraded my link to version 2.0.5 just in case, but still the same problem.

Hi Chris,

I assume you have Transfer full product details checked.

When you click Processing in Link does it show the new products being processed?

Is the output directory setup correctly? e.g. C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\DataFiles\LINK\Output
If so are the new products listed in the import file? (C:\Program Files\Actinic Link\Sage Line 50\DataFiles\LINK\Output\SageExport0000.....

Hi Toby,

I have checked the points you mentioned and the new products do appear as expected in the file with all the section data etc, but actinic Business doesn't seem to import these lines at all?

Any further Ideas
I am stuck!!!
