How can I easily restore the country list??

Hi All

Does anyone no an easy way of restoring the list of countries that appear in the cart pages where the customer selects the country they are from?

I have taken over a site for a customer who deleted most entries fro the Advanced|Locations menu in V7. They have now decided they want nearly all of them back.

I can manually pull up the data on another site and put each missing country in one by one but really hope someone knows how to just restore the info that was there before and save me some mind numbing boredom!

Apologies if this is already covered on the forum but I tried searching on several terms but could find nothing relevant. If anyone knows an article that will help I would really appreciate a link.

If you are confident in Access you could just import the Country table from the ActinicCatalog database in the opriginal folder then delete the old one. From memory I think I have done this before too. Backup first of course!
