    Filename EMPTY

I am creating a new site. I have done some test orders. When I download them I get this error:

Filename received by the web site was empty.

    Possible Cause:
    Corrupt communications
    Recommendation:
    Retry
    Resolution:
If retry fails, try again later

    Command: delete Filename: .ord

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

well, I guess for starters you need to FTP into your site and locate any .ord files that should be up there.
Presumably there is a file that has no filename and will just appear as .ord (rather than having any prefix to it which a 'normal' order file would have)
Then delete this from the server, through the FTP program.

Once this is deleted, you might find it downloads other orders without problems (or it might not, but it's a start)

Problem might be, however, if your FTP program doesn't actually display the .ord file in question?

It's somewhere to start anyway. There's a good chance that deleting the corrupt .ord file might fix the problem.

If Tracey's suggestion does not work, go to 'Help | troubleshooting | Website Purge and refresh', that should fix the problem for you. You would however still have to delete the corrupted order for things to proceed.

The file would be on your server, look for either a .ord or a .ordx file and delete it.

As Bruce said on the server, this will be in the acatalog folder. Most ftp programs allow you to sort the files but type, this will make finding it easier
