Need help formatting checkout

I have been trying to make my checkout look better and changes the script so that instead of a drop down menu it works at bullet points, this has worked but the layout of the bullet points doesnt look good.

you can see this by going to www.3000rpm.com and adding a product and checkout and on location select dundee scotland.

where is the file to format this or can anyone help me please to make this look good.

I take it that it's the shipping classes that you want to change the design of?. If so,then you need the 'Act_ShippingSelectTemplate' (Advanced | Template Manager | Ordering tab (click 'Change View' if you do not see the tabs) | Adv. Shipping button).
