    v6 Missing checkout button images

I wonder if anyone can help ..... I see someone had the same problem on v8, although the solution doesn't fit for v6.

Basically all the checkout images have disappeared although orders will still go through ok .... I have been playing ALOT with various things to do with email receipts and the invoice at final checkout, although nothing related to this as far as I can tell.

Have put original Act_Order04.html back, although still no images.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Many thanks

Michelle (currently going round the bend!)

Ok, so I've made some "discoveries" although am no further forward.

I got the impression that it wasn't actually updating properly, so I made a few general changes to prompt a full upload.

It uploaded but gave me the error "An error occurred while merging files on the remote site. Diff file checksum error (calculated 11610, Expected 11794). Please refresh your website."

So I check the pages - buttons back.

I then do as it says and do another upload to refresh the site.

    Go back, buttons gone again!

This is so not a good day!

if you are referring to the dirtbike store, i just placed a test order and all images show in the checkout.

test on a different pc and clear your cache

Hi Jo, no it's not DirtBikeStore (brothers site) - it's

        http://s180278736.websitehome.co.uk/acatalog/index.html

I read in the archives to set the 'cgi script identifier value' from 1 to 2 and I've just tried that and it's now even worse - an order won't go through at all

PS - during this time I've had notification of orders pending which I haven't dared to download - will all this messing about (especially the 'cgi script identifier value' change) upset these orders ?

        Many thanks
        Michelle

LOL thanks guys! It's working for me too now!

Am I safe to download my orders or will all this messing about (especially with the 'cgi script identifier value' change) have upset my pending orders do you think?

                  Thanks!
                  Michelle

ETA - husband (sat behind me not too far away!) still can't see buttons and has an "error on page".

How can that be? He's removed all cache etc and even rebooted.

                  Still seriously confused!

I've worked out why.... he was accessing from the main competition page and I hadn't changed it from ca000001.pl to the new ca000002.pl

                            Ok, so last question .....

Am I safe to download my pending orders given that I changed the 'cgi script identifier value' from 1 to 2 ??

                            Many thanks!
