Error on uppload - NQV:ENDSEPARATOR not found in Primary template ?

    Hi,

I am getting an error on upload at the stage "Checking HTML pages ..."

    Error states

"The NETQUOTEVAR variable ENDSEPARATOR wasn't found in the template C:\Program Files\Actinic V7\Sites\Site 1\My_Primary1.htm"

    (My_Primary being Act_Primary with a few tweaks).

Weird as this has been fine for 2 years. I have compacted databases and still no good.

    Q. Can I interrogate this message and find out where the error is a little closer.

    Any ideas greatly appreciated, Simon.

Can you grab an old copy and see if that works. You can always extract it from an old snapshot by opening the snapshot in an old version of winzip such as winzip v7.

      Hi Duncan,

I only have winzip11, but not sure how to do the extraction?
I have loads of snapshots *.acd files.

How do you extract a html file from it?

Extract does not see this file type, (as far as I can see)?

      Thanks, Simon.

First open wipzip then from in winzip open the acd file as if it were a zip file.

Opened the acd file and extracted the correct template.
But no good, still not working.

            Can't see whats changed?

            Thanks, Simon.

              Got there in the end.

It was not so much to do with the template, I had forgotten that I re-enabled one of the example Product Sections set up when Actinic is first supplied, (I never deleted them, good for quick reference), and this was not happy with my template.

              All good now, thanks.S.
