    Switch cards not working with Actinic SSL

    We are using Actinic shared SSL to capture payments and process them offline.

    For Switch we have 2 payment methods configured:
    Switch with Issue no.
    Switch without Issue no.

    Switch with issue no works fine but Switch without Issue no gives the following error when connected to the Actinic SSL server:

    "Credit Card Type: : Unknown credit card type (Switch without Issue no.)."

    Anybody know how to fix this ?

    I would try removing the new card, and then add it again and upload.

    Also, try changing the name of it to something like 'New Card' just to see whether Actinic is objecting to having two very similar names.

    Hope those unlock whatever it is that is causing the problem.

      This has now been sorted.

      In the credit card methods I had "Switch without Issue no", there were 2 spaces between without and Issue.

      Took out the extra space and it worked fine.

      I would like to take the credit for spotting the mistake myself but it was Actinic support that spotted it.
