Checkout problem

I am getting a file not found when people click done on the receipt page. This is the page it tries to load:

Can anyone tell me whats happening here as i cant figure it out. This problem has started since removing all frames from my website and unchecking anything related to frames in actinic developer.

Resolved.
Had to refresh website.
