I wonder if any of you have nothing better to do for a few minutes, could you test out a customer's site for me please?
The site in question is www.regencysports.com which is using Shared SSL for the credit card capture.
Everything seems to works fine except that a number of shoppers have contacted the customer to say that the site "hangs" either before or after the Shared SSL page is reached. After hanging for quite a few seconds, a "page cannot be displayed" message is often given.
Neither my client nor myself can replicate this problem, but there are at least 2 or 3 complaints per week from shoppers who have not been able to complete their orders.
So I'd be grateful if any of you could spend a few minutes to place a test order and let me know if it works ok or whether you have any problems.
Please report back with information such as browser used, type of firewall (if any) and the ISP you use.
