    Some products invisible on packing note

    Hi,

    there are a few products on my site that when ordered do NOT appear on the packing note, even though they are in the confirmation email, in actinic, and on the invoice. I'm sure there's just some setting somewhere that I've forgotten to tick or something like that, but I can't find it.

    Any ideas what would cause this?

    Hi,

    There isn't a setting that stops a product from appearing on a packing list. Do the products that don't appear have something in common that is different to other products (ie maybe you have 'no orderline for main product' selected in the 'pricing model')?

      the products were added at a later date, but I can't see what I've done differently. I don't see the option you mention, but 'enabled' and 'product visible' is ticked in the pricing tab.

        I think it would need further investigation so can you raise a support ticket please (or call if you have a cover contract).
