Downloading/Synchronising my online store with my offline store

Hi,

My company recently bought 2 existing/live e-toyshops from someone (www.countrytoys.co.uk & www.pollypickles.co.uk).

We have installed Actinic v7 locally and registered the 2 sites/stores (with 2 seperate key codes etc.), but when importing the site from a previously saved snapshot (provided by the previous owner), I can see that our offline version is NOT IDENTICAL to the online version...
The online version is infact NEWER...

Is there anyway I can synch or download the ONLINE site to my local PC to make the offline site reflect the latest changes as per our online site?

I would appreciate any help/support anyone can give!?!?!

I'm afraid not as the online store is generated from the database and HTML templates on your pc before it is uploaded. You can't pull the generated files back from the server and split it into the correct format in the database. At best all you could do is copy the product descriptions from the web pages and download any images from the server and maybe the stylesheet if the designs have changed.

Can you go back to the original owners and ask them to take a new snapshot?
