    Patch for Catalog - Snapshot

I have installed Catalog 6.13 (whatever it is) to fix the SNAPSHOT import crashing... Now what happens is it imports the site and says it was successful then closes? Is it supposed to do this?

If you are importing a snapshot created in a previous version, then it will most likely go through the site upgrader process and then close the application. When you restart it, the site will have been upgraded.

Ben, The site Snapshot isnt really reliable is it?

I have done numerous back ups and restores and it crashes the machine. This is on 3 different pc's as well. When you restart the machine it appears to have all the imformation but when you upload it doesnt copy all the files accross.. I know its not a firewall or an access issue. The only way around this is to import your site snapshot, export as a CSV file, manually backup your images and reimport under a clean install of actinic. The files then go up to the FTP site without a problem. Also the Actinic client doesnt crash unlike when importing a site snapshot.

The funny thing is, the whole site worked ok when in preview mode...
