Exporting orders from Sage Line 50

Please could someone remind me how to get products from Sage into Actinic. It's been so long since I did it I really can't remember. Any help much appreciated.

Thank you for your help. Looking at the manual I was doing the right thing i.e. telling the Sage to Actinic link to process the files however I was getting an error message saying "overflow" I have no idea why this is. Is this something you've seen before/do you know what might be causing it?
