In the exported persons.csv file the Keep Contact Private column contains 1's and 0's. Does 1 mean Keep Contact Private, or 0?

0 is OK to contact, 1 is not. I cross-check a few for accuracy by searching who ticked what in the orders tab. -
You might have changed the wording on the website so it's worth checking. I believe a '1' means the tick box has been selected.
