printing out user definables on data entry report

Hi can anyone tell me how to print out a user definable prompt from Design Text/Checkout/General Info/User Definable on to the Data Entry Report.

In 'Design | Text | Order Processing Reports | Data Entry' you can change the user definable prompts from the default to whatever you want.

thanks chris, this sorted it, i actually misunderstood the problem to be that his user definables WERENT printing out at all...this however IS the solution he was looking for.
