I've had a customer say that the shopping cart always bounces to the first product added, rather than the most recent product added. They are using FF. I can't reproduce this in IE7 of FF3.06. Has anyone else seen this behaviour?

Thanks for looking, guys. I had also tried it in IE7 and FF without seeing the same problem. I think it must be something in the customer's settings, and wondered how to advise them.Comment

It could be a corrupt session file in which case deleting the session file from the server and/or clearing the actinic cookie should solve it.
