V5 SSL box not working in Firefox, works in IE

I've found that customers using the built in encryption engine in V5 can checkout without problems in IE, but not in Firefox. I think that the java applet into V5 is obsolete, and need updating. Where would that be available, and how is it installed?

The box displays an error message. The message box says -

    load: class COM.Actinic.Catalog.EA.class not found.

Have a read of this - http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=34718 - you are about 5 years out of date using the Java Applet.

There will never be an Actinic upgrade to the Applet - as you say it is osbolete, and V5 is no longer supported.

Whilst remaining on v5 is not a problem (except forthe fact it isn't supported) you do need to update your payment method.
