Restoring after HDD fail

Hi,
My store HDD won't boot but I can access the files. I have a backup dated 02/03/09, can I restore from that and then copy over the actinic v7 dir safely?

Yes - you should able to, just make sure that you close Actinic before copying the folder across.

and make sure you install the version of v7 that matches your data backup
