Problem Creating Snapshot

I am using Actinic V7 and am having problems backing up the site.

When I click on File|Snapshot| both Export Site... and Import Site... are greyed out.

I have been using them for years and have obviously done something which has caused this to happen, but can't work out what in order to undo it.

Can anyone help?
