    Email problem

    Just uploaded my site after a rebuild and i have a problem with email.

    on network settings they show ok

    Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
    server: passed
    connection: passed
    sockets: passed
    communications: passed
    authorisation: passed
    message: -

    It then says a message will be sent to confirm..but it never arrives.

    On testing the contact us page using my personal email i get an acknowledgement in my personal mailbox that i sent a message using the contact us page but the original message doesn't arrive in my scottish gifts inbox.

    Host is servage but i'm using mail.btinternet.com as SMTP server which should save trying to authenticate the servage SMTP.

    Any ideas what is wrong?

    I have just used the contact us form to send a test message.

    I have received a copy in my inbox stating 'Thank you for your email below. You will receive a reply shortly.'

    Perhaps a spam filter is blocking them somewhere along the line.

      Thats what we get too, but no mail ever arrives to the site inbox.

      Everything seems to be correct but it just doesn't arrive

        have you checked spam folder? or altered your spam filter to make sure you aren't blocking?
