V7 - Changing the width of the quantity box

How do I change the default width of the quantity box? By default it is 6 characters wide, but I'm pretty sure that the majority of v7 websites out there don't have a requirement for customers to add 100,000+ of a particular item to their basket so it seems a bit over the top.

How/where can I change the width to a more reasonable size?
