Hi all...any ideas - The following error has been displayed to a customer:

The order details sent by the Java applet or secure server do not match the order details stored on the web site. Your order has not been placed. If this problem persists, please use another payment method.

Is it a card or java problem...

Have no details re users machine or card.

Hi Dave,

The error is reported when the encrypted data appears to have changed during checkout. The most likely cause is data corruption during transit. It could also be someone trying to hack the payment system which is of course why we recheck the data.

If it has only been displayed to one customer then it is probably nothing to worry about.
