Zen C Panel and Actinic 7

Due to Zen webhosting closing down the Raq servers and moving to Cpanel I thought my experiences in resetting my site would be of interest.

Well I have had a frustating day but finally got Zen's CPanel server hosting to work with Actinic 7 after a fashion.

These settings below will allow you to update/refresh/download orders; but I have to admit the line for the SMTP mail fails miserably and will error when somebody tries to access it on site... I don't know why yet but am looking into it.

Also the second problem is when you do network setup/test this wil fail saying it can't find cgi-bin... go figure! I have wasted a day on this.

well i got a reply from ZEn

"I have looked over your settings and believe that if you set the SMTPHOST to LOCALHOST this should fix your problem. Please get back to myself if it does not."

Now to go and browse files to figure out how to do this....

      Replace:

      sales1632.myzen.co.uk

      with:

      localhost

and then untick for username and password.
