Anyone wanting to check this has to go to http://www.jossdownes.co.uk/acatalog/ and click the view cart link. On that page norcascade menu seems to work fine.
Yep, another reason why a robots.txt file should be placed at the root of your server to disallow robot access to the CGI-Bin directory - shame you've used CGI-Bin linking
Ahh! I have tried it in MS IE and it works!
It doesn't in Firefox and Opera - which is what I was using to troubleshoot it in.
Well given that a smaller number of users will encounter the problem - I may just try to write a script that will redirect urls with /cgi-bin/ to /acatalog/.
one last thing - and its the problem i started the thread with
on http://www.jubilee-seeds.co.uk - if i click view basket in MSIE V7 or firefox I lose the style sheet and menu. apparently this doesn't happen for a friend using msie v8
does it happen for you - and what browser do you have?
before we all get on the roundabout again can you confirm you eliminated the non www URLs and everything is now only linking between www on one domain?
