    Export wizard V7

    Hi,

    Trying to use the export wizard in V7
    Finish box is greyed out at the start so the next button will not work
    Any ideas please?

    No response on this yet - any ideas on rectifying this welcome??
    Other than this, are there any ways of accessing the straight product list manually from within the database, as we have no database at the moment and need to export the products into it to start building a proper list

      A lack of response can sometimes be due to no-one fully understanding the problem rahter than no-one knowing.

      If you were to supply more info such as screen images you may get a reply.

        Hi,

        How do I upload a snapshot? The .acd extension does not appear in the upload files list. When I try to upload it bombs out

            I am having the same problem with this. I need to transfer my whole site, including products and orders from one PC to another.

            When I click on File ] Snapshot the arrow goes across and shows 'Export Site' and 'Import Site' however they are greyed out and I am unable to click on them.

            Does anyone know which files I need to copy to transfer over all the information gathered in a snapshot to transfer the information to another PC.

              The snapshot should be functional. Are you still in trial mode?

              I think transferring everything in the site1 folder should do it. Can't say for sure though.

                Thanks for the reply. I shouldn't been, I have been using Actinic for years! I purchased V6 originally but then was given an upgrade to V7 with an activiation key. So I have the disc for V6 but have to download V7 from the website.

                I have a feeling that the best thing to do might be to reinstall V7, but by doing this would I wipe out everything I have now?

                I have copied the whole of Site 1 which took hours and put it onto a mem stick and put it on my other PC, but for some reason it is a version where the most recent orders date back to Sept 08?
