Page loading too wide, then shrinks down

Hi

Sorry for the garbled title to this message!

Basically, I'm running a V7 shop - and I'm sure it's only recently begun loading the shop homepage too wide, then once all the images seem to be loaded, it shrinks it down (in ie6 and other versions, firefox ok)

I don't know if this is something in Actinic, or it's a HTML or css fix - is anyone able to shed any light for me please?

Normally this is due to defining % in page widths rather than fixed pixels, much the same as you see when images widths are not defined the whole page jumps around until it is totally loaded and components are in their final positions
