How do I create a direct link on brochure and catalog index?

I now have a user forum and a user gallery. I would like to have a links for both at the top of the brochure page (apeekintoyesterday.com) and at the top of the catalog index page (http://www.apeekintoyesterday.com/acatalog/index.html). How do I do this? I don't want them to have to click a link that says "Forum", then click another link within that page to get to the forum. I want to go straight there. I hope this makes sense.
