Which UK courier do you use?

Slightly OT, but I can't think of a better bunch of people to ask, and given the Royal Mail wildcat strikes spreading over the country the answers should come in useful for a lot of us...

Which couriers do you use to deliver to your customers in the UK?

(I'm assuming lowish cost items, several packages a day throughout the UK)

I have found Initial City-Link to be OK and also one of the cheapest

Under 1 Kilo £5.00 Mainland UK and Isle of Weight
Under 10Kilo £5.75
Over 10 Kilo £7.50 plus 35P per additional kilo

Includes insurance and next day delivery plus web site to find out where your delivery is.

Just told them I would send about 3-4 per week

No contract to send any specific minimum number

The book price is just a starting gambit as far as I can see

Ask for a rep and see what he offers
