"can't merge files"

Hi!
Another problem:
when uploading the site, it won't let me and gives me a 502 error and says it can't merge the files. Waht does that mean? Where do I look to fix the problem, any ideas?

Call up your webhost company to ask the set the acatalog permission to 755 or you can do it yourself if you have a ftp program. It should be done.

Is that all it means, that the permissions aren't set right? Because really, Actinic should try to set them. Huff.

At the moment, my server is jsut timing out constantly...

Ya. I have entercounter the same problem before. Very high % is due to the permission setting. Actinic cant change the permission setting though..

Thanks Kai. Just had a look at your site, nice, but.... forgive me if I'm picky - there is a typo in "Egyptian" on the homepage, it says "Egyption", just once. Hope you don't mind, but I did linguistics and can't stop myself from spotting these!
