    worldpay logos and card logos

I am trying to use worldpays automatic logo display script but nothing is being displayed on the pages.
I want the logos displayed on the footer of the pages.
definitely on the home page (brochure page) and maybe on all the catalog pages.
which templates need the script putting in?
any advice is most welcome - new to this.

WorldPay have been suffering a massive denial of service attack over the last two days which means that many of their pages including the graphics for card logos have not been responding. They are getting back to normal, but it may take a while for these images to be available.

Are using the java script or the direct html references?

I just tried it and it does not seem to be working at present, (but then neither is the payment page when I tried a test order), so I suspect we are still suffering the after effects of their problems.

            thanks for the replies Tim.

I still cannot see the logos on my site. Not sure what's going on and cant get any help from worldpay, the emails keep bouncing.

maybe you can help a little more, I have copied the script into
the act_primary and the brochureprimary templates inside the BODY tags.
I was hoping this would display tjhe logos on all my catalog and brochure pages.
Maybe I am putting it in the wrong place / templates.

            cheers

It sounds like you are putting the script in the right place. I tried a simple experiment by creating a blank page in Dreamweaver (or you could use FrontPage), then copy the script into the html view between the body tages. Finally preview in browser.

If this works, then compare the html with that in the templates, if it doesn't, then email me the test page as an attachment and I'll have a look at it.

                Hi,

I gave up in the end and we just got the relevant images into the site directory and added the code to source them from there. The auto script just refused to work.

cheers for the advice, I'm sure there will be more posts soon.
