NETQUOTEVAR text in receipt

Hi

I have set up a site, based on a modified primary template, and everything works fine, except for the customer receipt page where the custom bgimage, logo, and standard catalog receipt details are fine, but the nav buttons show as netquotevar's (text) rather than buttons. The buttons are correct on all other pages based on this template.

The Actinic installation is a straight install of v6 rather than an upgrade, as mentioned in one similar post.

As a temporary measure I have modified order04.html off the server to delete these nqv placeholders, but I would like to find a permanent fix so that the next time I or somebody else updates the site, the problem does not recur.

Within v6, if you go to "Design | Options | Layout"

Where it says Receipt page layout, have you changed this to look at your own primary template. I know on some it may say Printer friendly receipt page which is all text, you may want to check this
